Burger King used to advertise that "special orders don't upset us" and that customers can "have it your way."
But an Orem woman found out that breast-feeding her infant didn't count at a Sandy Burger King franchise, and she wants an apology. Kate Geary said she was discreetly nursing her 9-month-old daughter in the playground area when a Burger King employee told her she had to move to the restroom or leave the establishment. She says conditions in the restroom forced the issue -- a point that hardly needs to be made. A restroom is not the right place to feed a baby. |
