We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase within 7 days, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. You may be eligible store credit after 7 days. All sales final after 30 days.

All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. All items must be accompanied by a receipt. DVD’s must be scratch free.

All Adult Novelties must be cleaned and sanitized (We do not ever resell, we just don’t want to touch them). Shoes cannot be returned if they are worn.

*By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn.

Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch to out to conform to your shape.

Special orders, custom orders or special sale items are final. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.

Special in-store events - All sales are final. These tickets are non-refundable.

There is no returns of halloween costumes after October 20th. All holiday items are non-returnable.

Shipping Policy
Most in stock items are normally shipped the next business day for orders placed before 3 PM MST, paid with credit card without complication, and UPS shipping methods. Out of Stock items will ship within 7-14 business days. Orders that will ship over 14 days will be canceled and you will be notified.

Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

We currently ship by UPS and USPS for a our products.

UPS: The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS' web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Salt Lake City, UT, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge is added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size), labor and handling ($1-5 per order), and insurance ($1-5 per order). Due to problems on our server and UPS's web site, the calculated shipping cost is occasionally wrong and Blueboutique.com reserves the right to correct such mistakes. Currently, this is affecting less than 1% of all the orders and the correction could be a decrease.

The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per unit basis. Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. UPS does
NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. Saturday delivery is available from UPS but is very expensive.

UPS insures all UPS shipments for damage and missing packages. Blueboutique.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.

We have made it very easy for you to check the status of your order and track your shipment during transit with UPS. When you place your order, you are given an Order Number. Your purchase order and order number will be confirmed with an e-mail. Shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on the date your package is shipped.
